Thank you for your interest in buying a book! Each book is $12 for those local to Denver, CO, and $15 for any outside addresses (to accommodate for shipping).

Books are ordered in bulk shipments based on interest. If you would like to place an order, fill out the below form letting me know! You will receive a response from me in 1-2 days. Once the book shipment has been ordered, I will contact you with information regarding payment.
